Your organization's audit trail

Every recorded admin action in your organization — invitations, role changes, domain claims and seat moves.

  • 'Who changed this?' has an answer you can read yourself
  • Administrative actions are recorded as they happen, not reconstructed afterwards
  • The trail is scoped to your organization and to nothing else

The record of administrative change

Audit trail lists every recorded admin action in your organization — invitations sent, roles changed, domains claimed, seats moved — with the actor, the action and the timestamp.

It is written as things happen, so it is a record rather than a reconstruction.

Scope

The trail covers your organization only. The platform keeps a separate cross-tenant log for its own operators, and no tenant can read it.

Not activity tracking

This is administrative change, not learner behaviour. What your people are doing with the programme belongs in your dashboards, where it is reported in aggregate.

Frequently asked

What is recorded?

Administrative actions inside your organization: invitations sent and accepted, roles changed, teams reassigned, domains claimed and seats moved. Each row carries who did it, what they did and when.

Can I see other organizations?

No. The trail is scoped to your organization. The platform keeps its own cross-tenant log, which no tenant can read.

Does it show what learners do?

No — this is an administrative trail, not activity tracking. Learning activity lives in your dashboards, in aggregate.
