Your Charter — challenges, tasks & projects

Track assigned and self-set work with priority, impact and done-ness.

  • Every piece of work — assigned or self-set — lives in one place
  • Priority, impact and urgency frameworks tell you what to pull next
  • Mentors review and give feedback right on your items

The Charter

Your Charter is where every challenge, task, research spike, project and idea lives — whether assigned by a mentor or set by you.

Each item carries priority (ABCDE), impact (80/20), urgency/importance (Eisenhower) and a clear definition of done, so you always know what to pull next. Move an item through assigned → in progress → submitted → done; mentors can review and give feedback.

Frequently asked

What goes on the Charter?

Every challenge, task, research spike, project and idea — whether assigned by a mentor or set by you.

How do I know what to work on next?

Each item carries priority (ABCDE), impact (80/20) and urgency/importance (Eisenhower), plus a clear definition of done — so the next pull is obvious.

Do mentors see my Charter?

Yes — mentors can assign items, review your submissions and leave feedback as items move through the flow.
